It has been awhile since my last post. I just couldn’t find the time. I also couldn’t find the right position. Typing while nursing is virtually impossible unless you do it one-handed. Our little angel just turned one month young yesterday. We are in love with him. I love the way that a baby slows life down and makes everything feel magical. I love the little noises that he makes and the way that he scrunches up his face when he’s about to cry. I could just stare at him forever. I’ve been slacking on the photos but will make up for it soon I’m sure. Living in the moment is what I am doing these days. He is perfect. Once again, I feel so humbled and awestruck by a tiny being. I’m also amazed by and grateful for my body (regardless of how soft and squishy as it feels at the moment) for growing him.
We’re grateful for him, grateful that everything went well, grateful for our lives…
